Keepsake Studio Photography

How does it work?

Let us know that you are interested in sending your keepsake to our studio for a photoshoot. We’ll respond in the next 48 hours and answer any questions you might still have. 

When you’re ready, we’ll work with you to schedule the day for the photoshoot. It’s important that you be available by email or text on that day. We’ll be sending you several different proofs of the keepsake photo so that you can choose the one for printing.

When your photoshoot is scheduled, you’ll ship your keepsake to us with lots of padding. Use a shipping vendor that provides tracking – for your peace of mind and ours, as well as the security of your keepsake. (USPS, UPS or FedEx) 

On the day of the photoshoot, we’ll handle your keepsake with the care it deserves and photograph it to tell your special story. We’ll be in touch with our proofs for your selection.

When the final proof has been agreed upon and you have chosen a print size, we’ll send it for printing. Your payment for the studio fee plus the printing cost will be due at this time. We accept payment from Venmo, Paypal and major credit cards.

Your finished print is shipped back to us for a final quality control check. Upon our approval, we’ll sign it and lovingly pack it to ship to you – insured and with tracking, of course! We cover the cost of this shipping.

How long will it take?

After we receive your keepsake in our studio, we can generally get your photo delivered to you in about two weeks.

How much does it cost?

 We charge a standard studio fee and then add the additional printing cost for the size that you choose. We’re committed to creating art while offering affordable pricing.
